#13 Access violation error 'ntdll.dll'

Randomly we keep getting this error
Access violation at address 77613D63 in module 'ntdll.dll'.
write address 00000014

This happened on win 7 and win 10 both x64
on both the free version and the version with cover sheet enabled

This is very annoying, please advise

Does the error occur in particular circumstances (e.g. when you do some action with the software, like pressing a button)? Please help me understand which part of the software is faulty.
