Hello, I am not sure how I got this installed but I am having a bunch of errors, can someone please show me how to uninstall this plugin please. Thanks.

The plugin must be used as an mu-plugin - if you managed to install it as a regular plugin it will definitely break.
If you installed it as an mu-plugin you should be able to simply delete the file and directory inside the mu-plugins folder, and the db.php file
If you installed it as a regular plugin - deleting the direction inside your plugins folder should uninstall it - see wordpress.org for more information on how to uninstall plugins
