#13 Wordpress MU email and photo to post

Wordpress mu at this point doesn't have a built in
email to post or database support for even the admin.
I'm looking for a method to allow each new blog
creation within the wordpress mu community on that
domain each to be able to post a entry to a catagory
with a photo and text.
Each new blog owner within that community domain
would use a diffrent email address from that same
domain to process the posting.
A seperate cron for each blog owner triggered by
logging in to their dashboard and clicking on a link
for the process to happen. Or a seperate email sent
to trigger the command to the cron for that purpose.
