#1 Feature Request: Move DOMAIN.py into /etc

DOMAIN.py is a config file and should be located in the /etc directory. This helps follow the Linux File System Standard and also makes it easier to mark as a config file in an rpm spec file. My recommendation would be to name it /etc/worldpilot.conf

I installed Worldpilot as a normal user, not root. It sounds like this change would stop me from doing that.
