Just off of Booty Bay there are a lot of "red" NPCs named Bloodsail + xxx (Mage, buccanier, ...). While they are attacking me (and killing), I can't attack them.

same problems with gelkis and magram centaurs. some weird faction bug, not sure if it's db, but i'll get behind it.
