Thor now has some scheduling in it for housekeeping, not tested

Galileo updated for millisecond timing
logfilebuffer has not been updated yet

Thor and Galileo have a function called timeInMilli() and gtimeInMilli()
which do the same thing, and also fails about every 50 days
Fixes, other ways, and breaking out of it, are requested (or i'll do
it myself later)
