I tried v1.5.1.0 on XP pro and no matter what I try it just refuses to start. It shows up in the task manager taking 19MB of RAM(!)but no gui. Am I missing something here?

Well, my best guess is that there's nothing wrong. The clocks are running and all you have to do to see them is to move your mouse to the top of the screen: they start with the auto-hide configuration on. If you think there's something wrong and you want to make sure that you will see the clocks, you could go to your registry (by going to the Start menu, Run, regedit.exe), navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Felipe Martino Gagno Ceotto\World Clock and change the value AutoHide to 0. After doing this and restarting the application, the clocks will not auto-hide anymore. Of course, this configuration is also available in the config screen of the application.
Unfortunately, that's about right, they take about 19MB of RAM when running with five clocks (which is the default), and not much less when running with less clocks. I still have to improve the use of memory of the clock design component.
Please let me know if that worked, and also if you have any suggestions.
Thanks!

Thank you very much Felipe for the prompt response. You were right of course it was indeed the autohide. This is a beautiful utility and it's exactly what I've been searching for for a long time. After going through your help comments I guess you were too :). Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Raz, because of the problem you had I'm changing the next version to start the clocks by showing them a little bit before they hide, when running for the first time or when running manually, but not when running by starting with Windows (so it doesn't annoy the users).
Although I haven't released any dates or tasks, I'm working on the next version, which will be 1.6.0.0, and it is going to have a couple of good new features. I hope you upgrade to it once it's released. The new features are described here: http://worldclock.sourceforge.net/features.php
Thank you for your query and for the compliments!
