[Workrave-user] Workrave timer slowing down?

I've used Workrave for many years and it's been a great little app. It's too bad it's apparently not being updated. Recently, after I had to reinstall Windows 10 on my PC and then reinstalled Workrave, I've found the timer either seems to be slowing down or some setting has changed that now has Workrave monitoring my activity. Basically, it's resulted in longer times in front of the computer than I want.

I am not a coder or computer expert, so any help or suggestions are welcome.

P.S. I've also looked for alternative apps to Workrave and none of them offer the same great features. Again, too bad no one has picked up the mantle from the original developers.
