Hey Rob,
I see why you said changing the idle time is unsupported. It's
impacting lots of other functionality. If you decide to implement a
means to override the idle-time monitor, it'd be nice to have a separate
timer for this break window. 5 seconds of inactivity at this point seems
reasonable.

Actually, the behavior I'm seeing is that that lightbulb break prompt to
stop work stays on the screen (after the 30 second timer has expired)
until I generate an event (I suppose it might go into break mode after 5
minutes if I left it alone; haven't tested that).

Ah good idea. I'll try the later.
