If I choose 10 by the [Color Settings] => "Number of Colors", use all 10 colors and than lower the number of used colors, worker crash and wil no longer start. Adding the previous number of colors manually in the .worker/config fixes the problem. I think it is because the current color scheme uses color indexes which no longer available.
I couldn't reproduce that crash. I did increased the number to 10 and use color 8 and 9 for some faces and for some regular GUI elements. After changing the number back to 8, it still ran without a crash.
Do you have any additional information, like a stacktrace on the crash location or some valgrind output?
Hm, strange. I can't reproduce the problem either :( There must be a other subtile configuration setting which causes the crash. If I can reproduce the crash, I'll open this issue again. You can close it for now.
