What feature would you like to see?
I would like to be able to have the option to remove the PHP-Snippets button from the tinymce editor, except for administrators. As it is now, I use the bbpress plugin, and the button appears on the bbpress forums to all users (though the js isn't loaded, so the button doesn't work). Fortunately it was easy for me to edit the plugin files to disable this button altogether.
Are there any other plugins or links that do something similar?
None of the other plugins I have that add buttons, show the buttons to subscribers on the forum. Example: NexGEN Gallery plugin.

This would only be a cosmetic fix, not one that implements any security -- I believe that regardless of how it got in there, WordPress will parse a shortcode, so some clever users could put in shortcodes by typing them in manually, and WP would still execute them...
