#12 Installation Error

I followed the installation steps, unistalling and doing it a second
time to make sure I had it right, and it still is not working, here is
what I am getting.

file or directory in /Library/WebServer/Documents/Wardog/class/

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'HTML/Table.php'

Documents/Wardog/class/phpbasis.inc.php on line 17"

The directory shown "in /Library/WebServer/Documents/Wardog/
class/phpbasis.inc.php" is the exact directory that the file is in.
Yes, I have the latest stable PHP 4 and the latest mySQL 4
installed.

i fixed this errors but after them comes a nice sql error
