#151 Ignores from Data in Annotate

If any ignores are entered in the Data pane, they will
multiply in the Annotate pane every time that datum is
accessed. I know there is a warning in the user guide
regarding inputting ignores and indels in the Data pane,
but I wasn't aware that the consequences of doing this
are quite like this.

It sounds like we should simply prohibit Ignores and Indels
from being entered manually. We already have a filter for
Import WordSurv that shunts them into Annotate, so that bit
of logic is taken care of. My great plan to allow annotations in
both phases wasn't a very good idea.
