I think you logically have to have a session for this to work.  The captcha
is generated for a specific user and when they answer you have make sure the
answer goes to the same place that the captcha came from.  So you need a
session OR you have to store the captcha info in the db with an id
(essentially a session id) and retrieve it that way.
