[Wonder-disc] new stuff

Just a reminder for those who don't get wonder-cvs:

- new velocity templates in ERCore
- new sort order utils in ERXS (mostly from Mike)
- new jar checker on app launch
- new utils for insert/PKs in ERXEOAccessUtils
- template based Clazz's (see bug tracker, you can now  
Bug.clazz.createAndInsert(ec) w/o cast to Bug )

All this stuff had virtually no testing and I'm almost off to a long  
vacation, so test now or suffer later :)
