I would recommend just downloading the prebuilt version from the nightly build server and take the frameworks you need rather than building it yourself. It's important to note, though, that it's not actually enough to just take those two frameworks. You will also at least need ERXAjaxApplication and ERXAjaxSession (either extend those or steal their code) from ERExtensions.
