Well, thanks to Marc for pointing me to the correct solution for this problem. There's already a commandline-option, that let you specify the ammount of videoram to be remaped. Just pass something like this to the kernel as part of the kernel command line: video=vesa:vram:x where x is the amount of vram in MiB to be remapped. Bye, Matthias -- Mat...@rz...
