hmmm this is very strange :-( ... Do you use ACPI? If yes, please try with 
boot arg acpi=off or disable CONFIG_ACPI.

Requirements
1. PHP - Currently this uses PHP3 although all code should work fine under 
PHP4.
2. Postgres - At the moment only Postgres is supported
NEWS: Next release should support mySQL as well as Postgres
