When I run etheme I get a few warnings is the perl scripts run with the -w flag set?

Use of uninitialized value at /usr/local/bin/etheme line 46.

It looks like my assumption that Unixlike os's shells would always define PWD is very incorrect. Would you mind getting the following bugfix version, and letting me know if it clears things up properly?
