Thanks to the very helpful Knut Anders Hatlen, wmrack now includes support for FreeBSD and (with the appropriate libraries installed) Solaris!
This release also reduces the CD polling frequency to reduce the drain on laptop batteries.
Another bug-fix release, this one fixing some bugs in the mixer-settings parser code (as reported by Knut Anders Hatlen), and making the mixer code more portable. "Less ugly and not quite as broken" continues as our motto.
After long delay (and little demand), a new, mostly bug-fix, release of wmrack has appeared. The new 1.2 version no longer gets confused and segfaults with the new mixer devices available in recent kernels, and no longer uses ugly macro hackery that confounds the lastest gcc compilers. "Less ugly and not quite as broken" is now our official motto around here!
First new release in ages, with a brand new maintainer. The author has lost interest, and gave me his "Okidoki" to take over. I already maintain the Debian package, and this release includes a couple of minor bug-fixes from the Debian version.
