#5 Extending OGG tag support

Would it be possible to extend support of tags for OGG files, so "Year", "Mood" (Wm/mood) (and other "Wm/*" tags as well?) are supported?

I know those "Wm/*" tags are not in the official OGG spec, but I just couldn't find an equivalent to the "Mood" tag... (any suggestions?)

I understand you are working on the "Year" problem - so I guess I just need to keep checking that space.
