script calculates shift of sphere relative to MLC leafes

via reading dicom data: Winston-Lutz Test

x- and y-shift shift is calculated relative to beam direction

how to use script:

./run_all_dcm $FOLDERNAME

script then runs over all DICOM files found in folder and

creates .png images with x,y shift values and

writes ASCII file in following format,e.g.:

SEQUENCE1: (x_shift,y_shift)=(0.25mm,0.15mm)

SEQUENCE2: (x_shift,y_shift)=(0.15mm,0.13mm)

...
