The .MST format is not documented and thus cannot be decompiled.  However,
you could apply the .MST to an MSI then decompile the MSI to get a feel for
what it looks like.

Just curious, what are the reasons you're using Wise instead of WiX?

We use Wise for Windows Installer 5, but need to modify the automatically
generated .MST transform files that Wise can generate, to modify file names
and paths (code page conflicts between Europe and Asia).

Is this possible in current WIX, or are there tools coming for this?
