I am not sure if AppSearch doesnt work on uninstall but if you want to 
skip the check on uninstall, you can use the condition

Installed OR (WORD11 <> "")

So, the question is how to skip this condition on unistallation?

I tried (NOT Installed) AND (WORD11 <> "") but it doesn't help...
