That's my mistake.  I am still trying to get kinks out of my build process
and apparently I missed this one.  Let me get this fixed ASAP.  Also, sorry
it's taken so long for me to get back on this.

When I try to make the new build, I get the error below.

I can think of a few ways to fix it (e.g. setting up an env var that points
to the "serverca" folder, or copying caerr.wxi and removing the env var from
the include statement) but what is the intended behaviour? What do I have to
set?
