I'd suggest trying the current WiX v3.5 build, as it has the current 
latest ICEs. You might also try running Smoke.exe (from v3.0 RTM and 
v3.5 current) to see if they report the same problems. Plenty of folks 
use Win7x64, so it's not a generic problem.
