[WiX-users] Dialog View did not find a record for the dialog

Action 15:49:45: ConfigSFSDlg. Dialog created
DEBUG: Error 2803:  Dialog View did not find a record for the dialog

I got the above error while installing the msi file. I added a new dialog "ConfigSFSDlg" right after the "Welcome" dialog. I have a ConfigSFSDlg.wxs defines the screen. Below is a modified version of WixUI_InstallDir.wxs. Am I missing something? How does this WixUI_InstallDir.wxs knows about ConfigSFSDlg?
