[WiX-users] Components not uninstalling due to "since another client exists"

I installed some COM servers using XML from tallow and I updated system
path with a runtime path.  Upon uninstall I am getting these error
messages so the COM servers and the path is not removed from the system
path.

What other client could exist that would stop these components from
uninstalling?  Thanks.
