#3358 install toolkit

can't install WiX toolkit installer v3.7
downloded from http://wix.codeplex.com/
(Date on site Mon Dec 24, 2012 at 7:00 AM)
-at win xp sp3
-in virtual machine
-with no network connection.

After fault on update check, click on Install button.
Failed with message "Failed. Try Again?"
How to debug issue is there some logs on setup process?

The failure page in the installer has a link to the logs. Likely the machine doesn't have current signing certificates so the validation check on the bits fails.

Where can current signing certificate be downloded from to install it on target offline machine(virtual one)?
