#1414 XMLFile don't compile with Permanent="yes" and "XPath"

I try to use XMLFile element with attributes SelectionLanguage="XPath" and Permanent="yes".
But i get message: "Cannot set column 'Flags' with value 65792 because it is greater than the maximum allowed value for this column, 65543. candle.exe"
