#1394 MSP Template summary property should not contain duplicates
When building a patch against multiple baselines of the same product, the ProductCode is appended more than once before being set in the patch's Template summary property. The ramification of this is that Windows Installer will attempt to apply the patch that many times to the same product when passed to msiexec.exe /p. Only a unique list should be set in this property.
