#1385 WixGamingExtension does not work if GDF is inside DLL

Windows Vista Game Explorer allows the GDF to inside a DLL. The WixGamingExtension requires the author to tag the binary containing the GDF. If the binary is a DLL the playtask shortcut incorrectly points to this DLL.

The WixGamingExtension should allow the author to retarget the play task shortcut to another EXE.

This bug is particularly important for managed games such as XNA Game Studio games where putting the GDF inside the EXE isn't possible.
