#1338 Wix project in sub folder

Whenever I create my Solution using the folowing structure (TFS Recommended structure)

ProjectName
Whatever.SLN
Source
Project1
Project2
WixProject
Whatever.WixProg

and I close and re-open the solution I get "WixProj has been moved or renamed" and the project is left "unloaded" in VS2008. All the paths in the SLN file are correct (I checked).

I re-add and do it all over and it does it again.

If I use

  Whatever.SLN
  WixProject
     Whatever.WixProg
  Source
      Project1
      Project2

it works fine and I don't get the error.

I am adding these sources to TFS Source Control if that has anything to do with it.
