When I install and run a windows service from the msi, when I uninstall the msi from add remove programs or from rerunning the msi, the windows service fails stop and uninstall. Wix version 3.0.4422

Please supply repro steps. There are no known systemic problems in Windows Installer or WiX with uninstalling services.
