#1297 Heat may generate Directory Ids that overflow

Some time ago a bug has been filed about Heat generating too-long file Ids when the module template was used. That bug has now been fixed.

This time around I'm reporting a similar issue regarding directory names.

When the -template:module option is used, Heat produces too long directory Ids. When compiled and linked, LGHT1076:ICE03 warnings are issued. E.g.:

warning LGHT1076 : ICE03: String overflow (greater than length permitted in column); Table: Component, Column: Directory_, Key(s): playermanager23.adz.E3E5793E_F2D2_4AED_8A50_6017B55FED81
