The user presses cancel while ConfigureEventManfiest is running:

ConfigureEventManifestReg: Error 0x80070642: Failed MsiDoAction on deferred action
ConfigureEventManifestReg: Error 0x80070642: failed to schedule RegisterEventManifest action
Action ended 13:48:16: ConfigureEventManifestRegister. Return value 3.

The CA should return 2: ERROR_INSTALL_USEREXIT.
