#1272 No error on invalid binder variable

If you use and invalid binder variable no error is reported and the binder text is written to the MSI file.

For expample:

InvalidFileId is not correct in this example and the text "!(bind.assemblyFileVersion.InvalidFileId.dll)" is written to the MSI.
