#1205 Failing builds on Vista systems

Hi,

after an out of the box installation and VS2005 integration a build might not work correctly due to a wrong registration of the VBScript runtime.

I think it might be possible to detect these settings during the installation process and at least displaying a hint to the user or maybe offer to fix it.
