#1128 VSIDEResolvedNonMSBuildProjectOutputs not populated
The global property VSIDEResolvedNonMSBuildProjectOutputs is not set by Votive, so C++ project reference outputs are not resovable, and therefore the project properties for VC++ projects such as TargetPath, etc are not available. See also 1722849.
This bug is not apparant during command line builds through the same solution file, due to the fact that this property is not examined during solution builds (see ResolveNonMSBuildProjectOutput task)
Discussion
C++ project reference will be supported in Visual Studio 2010.
