#45 WLIrc doesn't realize it's connected

I'm using a T610.
First of all I need to "Use fast connect" for it to
connect at all. But even when it does conect and join a
channel, the phone tells me it can't connect and gives
an java.io.IOException error.

    Just want to add that there are no server notices showing,
    just "connecting to blabla" and then the error.

    I am having the same problem on a Nokia 6101.

    If I try to send a message before the error pops up, the
    phone says it is still connecting. After 5 minutes or more
    though still nothing has happened. I have tried both version
    1 and 2 of WLIrc with the same result from both.
