I have the same problem too !
It used to work perfectly well under WinXP.
Following the termination of XP support, I'm forced to go Win7 (32-bit,with SP1), but then WIPFW cannot be installed.
I really hope that it can be ported to Win7.

Running install_svc.cmd gives "my_socket failed 2, cannot talk to kernel module"
