Hi, I tried today fort he first time the winstone servlet container and succeded in running my webapplication partly. I need to run contentix cms based website inside and there are some features of tomcat that I used and which are quite usefull. 1. I defined servlet aliases in web.xml to get short url. In the following example you can see "control" instead of "com.othiemann.controls.http.ControlHttpInterface" e.g. ./servlet/control/wtk_page/PublicSite@de/wtk_invoker/MetaSearchResult?wtk_st atus=184740&startFrom=1&query=sony&remember=true&KED=on instead of long servlet name: ./servlet/com.othiemann.controls.http.ControlHttpInterface/wtk_page/PublicSi te@de/wtk_invoker/MetaSearchResult?wtk_status=184740&startFrom=1&query=sony& remember=true&KE 2. Next problem in the same url is, that I used wherever it is possible the "/" to encapsulate parameters instead of the "&" and "=" pairs. This have main advantages in getting involved in searchengines, because they do not know about dynamic pages. So my question is, is this in winstone also configurable? Thanks for your answers Oliver |
