There's a class called WebXmlParser I think that has a "look up and load locally if possible" external entity resolver. I'd recommend if there are DTDs or XSDs you want to load locally, you add them into the list the same way. This is already being done for the webapp 2.2 and 2.3 dtds and 2.4 xsds. If I missed one of the standard 2.4 xsds like the error message below suggests, it should be obvious from the source of that class. Hope that helps, Rick Edwin S.
