#9 Task manager

This software usually works great, however I have 1 problem: I cannot set Task manager to start maximized.
It is almost maximized and centered to the middle of the screen, but not completely.
Is there any way to solve this?

I also have a problem with task manager on Win 8.1. It won't move the window position
