#7 Unable to restart game

Shisen-Sho for Windows version 0.3.0, on Windows 7 64bit.

When a game has no more available moves, an end of game dialogue box opens and says "No More Moves Possible" and contains an "OK" button (attachment). When the button is clicked, the game produces a new board. There is no other action allowed until the "OK" button is clicked. Hence, there is no way to restart the existing game.

Since there is a "restart game" command/button, I would expect that clicking the OK button in the end of game dialogue box to produce a box with a set of options to restart the game, end the game or start a new game.

Is this a bug or as-designed behavior?
