As long as a proxy is setup under windows everything should work
transparently. I was passing the incorrect flag to InternetOpenUrl that
was forcing direct connections when I should have been passing the flag
that does either direct or proxy based on registry settings. I'm releasing
winrash-0008 in just a minute or so that should fix things for you. Tell
me how it works.
