#13 Localization bugs

I tried configuring the console hotkey to [Right Windows] + [½] on an English Windows 7 x64 installation with a Danish keyboard (which doesnt have a [Left Win] key)

this can't be done !

1. Pressing the [Right Win] keyboard doesn't prevent the default Windows event, the Windows Startmenu therefore opens before i have the chance to type in my secondary key.

2. The keyboard layout in the hotkey fields is American !!! (KeyCode v keyChar v AsciiCode mixup ??) -- at least the chars written in the field is from American layout :(

bonus info: On Danish keyboards the Tilde key (key left to '1') contains these chars '½' and '§'

On norwegian keyboard the ~ is under analt key and only koms after the next button i pressed, this does noe alow for the console to be opend at all
Are there a fix?
