What steps will reproduce the problem?
With normal installation of WinPython 3.3.2.3, I had some error and I don't know why. I try to install another version of WinPython (2.7.5), the problem remain. I try to change to another pc, the problem remain.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Fixed.
matplotlib 1.3.0 has some bug with non-ascii font names.
