#80 fontList.py3k.cache not found

What steps will reproduce the problem?
With normal installation of WinPython 3.3.2.3, I had some error and I don't know why. I try to install another version of WinPython (2.7.5), the problem remain. I try to change to another pc, the problem remain.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Spyder's Python interpreter has errer, track back as follow:

WinPython Interpreter is okay, but IPython's two shortcuts cannot start.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.2.3, 2.7.5.2. Win 7 64bit and Win 8 64bit.

Fixed.
matplotlib 1.3.0 has some bug with non-ascii font names.
