What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install winpython-64-2.7.5.1
2. Open winpython folder
3. Double click winpython control panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the control panel to open.  Nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
See above.

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything else seems to run fine.
