What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install winpython-64-2.7.5.1
2. Open winpython folder
3. Double click winpython control panel
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the control panel to open. Nothing happens.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Everything else seems to run fine.

Need extra debug infos: please try to open the control panel from command line (start the command window and run "scripts\wpcp.bat").
