#62 Ruleset profiles

It would be very useful to be able to set profiles
containing a certain ruleset. They could be controlled
through right clicking on the icon in the system tray.
En example would be one set for when using the computer
personally and one set for when letting some crazy
person fool around with the computer. Controlling them
through a command line would also help because then you
could change them on certain events.
